NeuroSense Therapeutics is an Israeli clinical-stage issuer whose entire public-market value now sits on PrimeC, an oral fixed-dose combination of ciprofloxacin and celecoxib aimed at amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. The company spent the summer converting a peer-reviewed Phase 2b package into a two-track regulatory plan: a New Drug Submission aimed at Health Canada in December 2026, and a redesigned United States development path that replaces one large confirmatory trial with shorter, cheaper studies. That redesign is an admission as much as a strategy. Management can no longer pretend a three-hundred-patient United States Phase 3 is fundable off a nano-cap balance sheet, and the August shareholder letter said so in plain language.
The science is no longer the thin part of the story. The completed Phase 2b ALS trial enrolled sixty-eight patients on a two-to-one randomization across Italy, Canada, and Israel, and JAMA Neurology carried the eighteen-month functional and safety package in March. A later biomarker cut showed a treatment-associated drop in neuron-derived TDP-43, the protein pathology present in nearly all ALS cases, at the Day 180 primary timepoint. Functional decline at month six missed conventional significance, which is the honest hole in the dataset, while the eighteen-month ALSFRS-R separation and a reported hazard ratio of 0.35 on survival are the figures bulls quote.
What the market is actually pricing is survival of the listing and the next financing, not peak ALS sales. Ordinary shares closed at $6.35 after a reverse split that consolidated twenty old shares into one new share. The first post-split session was mid-September, and the implied capitalization sits near $12 million on about two million shares. Nasdaq still has a September 29 deadline on both the one-dollar bid rule and the $35 million market-value test, and a reverse split does not manufacture market value. Does a Health Canada filing in December, or a partnered United States path, arrive before the ATM and the authorized-share overhang do the pricing?
