MySize (MYSZ): Fashion Platform Scale Meets a Liquidity Clock

MySize has spent four years stitching together a fashion-technology group that can recommend a size, sell the leftover unit, and move a brand into a new country, and the second-quarter print shows the assembly working on the top line while the cash account is running out. Management now talks about contribution margin and cash efficiency rather than more deals, which is the honest language of a company that already bought the pieces and cannot fund another year of losses from the till. The investment debate is not whether the platform exists. It is whether a residual Nasdaq listing and a thin cash balance can survive long enough for the higher-margin legs to matter.

Revenue in the June quarter rose fifty three percent to just over $3 million, and first-half sales rose fifty seven percent. That growth is real, but it arrived with a mix shift into Amazon commerce that pulled consolidated gross margin down to about 32 percent from 56 percent a year earlier. Cash and restricted cash together sat at $711 thousand at mid-year, and the June filing states that existing cash funds operations for less than twelve months. Stockholders' equity printed at $2.3 million, below the Nasdaq Capital Market floor of $2.5 million, and the exchange sent a deficiency letter in late August. The listing notice is a stated event, not a market inference.

The one-for-eight reverse split that took effect in mid-August was a listing repair, not an operating event, and it does not refill the account. An at-the-market facility with H.C. Wainwright is largely drawn, and an August equity-purchase line of up to $10 million is the remaining public-market tap. The question the next two quarters resolve is whether software and recommerce can lift mix fast enough, and whether the October compliance plan and the equity line can keep the listing and the lights on at the same time.
