Revenue rose 17 percent in the first half of fiscal 2026. The lift came from new programs at Davis, while the legacy English education line at Miami University lost students. The auditor's going concern doubt was renewed against a sub $1 million cash balance.
The half also brought an impairment on the postponed Argentina exhibition matches and a $4.00 per share private placement completed in early May. The question the next six to twelve months resolve is whether Davis enrollment can grow fast enough to offset the Miami University decline before the cash runs out.
