Hemab Therapeutics has just completed the transition from a venture-backed, single-asset rare-disease developer into a three-program clinical-stage coagulation platform with a freshly issued Nasdaq listing. The June 2026 interim disclosure marks the first full quarter as a public company, and the structural observation worth carrying forward is that the financing event and the clinical-inflection event landed in the same quarter. The financing was a $317.2M net-proceeds initial public offering closed in early May 2026, and the clinical inflection was the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's formal endorsement of the sutacimig data package as sufficient to support a Phase Three pivotal trial in Glanzmann thrombasthenia.

The numbers that frame the second-quarter print are concentrated in two expense lines and a per-share loss. Research and development expense reached $20.3M, up 58% from a year earlier. General and administrative expense reached $5.7M. Net loss was $24.2M, or $0.80 per share. The weighted-average share count reached 30.1M following the IPO conversion. The market is now pricing the equity at roughly $44.60 on 46.7M shares, a multi-year cash position behind the program.

The forward question that the next twelve months resolve is whether the lead asset's late-stage program initiates on schedule. The next catalyst is the second clinical-stage asset's next interim update, due in late 2026 or early 2027. The third catalyst is the newly unveiled antifibrinolytic program's first-in-human dosing by year-end. Each of those three events is a discrete milestone on the present clinical-development arc.
