Collective Mining is a Canadian-incorporated, Cayman-domiciled junior mineral explorer whose entire strategic narrative now hinges on a single Colombian asset, the Apollo system inside the Guayabales Project in Caldas. The company has just voluntarily uplisted from NYSE American to the Nasdaq Global Select Market, with first trading day on August 11, 2026. In the same week, the company confirmed release of a maiden mineral resource estimate for Apollo in September. The strategic question is no longer whether Apollo exists at scale; metallurgy released in late August confirmed gold recovery above 95% on a master composite. The same program also showed silver recovery above 92% and a separate tungsten stream grading above 60% WO3.

The load-bearing tension is exploration burn versus the runway required to convert Apollo, the Trap target, the Plutus porphyry, the newly advanced Orion and Victory satellite targets, and the Guayabales exploration adit into a permitted, financed mine. The half-year ending June 30, 2026 carried the heaviest set of costs. Exploration and evaluation expense finished at $23.9M. The same period produced a net loss of $32.5M. Cash on the balance sheet finished at $93.7M. That balance was down from $129.6M at year-end 2025. The treasury covers roughly five quarters at the recent cash-burn pace before non-cash items.

Thirteen drill rigs now turn at site, and an exploration adit remains on schedule for Q4 2026 groundbreaking. The first underground holes at the Trap East target are mapped for Q1 2027. Each upcoming milestone carries a different weight in the broader thesis. The question the next twelve months resolve is whether the maiden Apollo resource converts into the kind of large-scale, high-grade, polymetallic system that justifies a re-rating from the current $1.5B market cap toward the next tier of mid-cap precious-metal developers.
