The investment thesis rests on three variables. The specialty product mix shift and the margin sustainability is the load-bearing revenue variable, with specialty products at $564 million and 20.0 percent gross margin (18.7 percent ex-import duty), structural products at $250 million and 10.9 percent margin, and the strategic intent is to grow specialty mix toward 75 percent of sales while maintaining gross margin above 17 percent, and the market will track quarterly specialty revenue mix, specialty gross margin ex-one-time items, structural pricing trends, and Disdero integration synergies as real-time indicators. The working capital efficiency and the free cash flow conversion is the load-bearing cash generation variable, with free cash flow of $9 million improving $45 million year over year, inventory reduction driving working capital release, and the strategic intent is to sustain free cash flow above $10 million quarterly through inventory turns and payables management, and the market will track quarterly free cash flow, inventory days, cash conversion cycle, and capital expenditure discipline as real-time indicators. The capital allocation discipline and the shareholder return framework is the load-bearing balance sheet variable, with net leverage of 0.6x, $53.7 million buyback authorization, $100 million previous authorization nearly exhausted, and the strategic intent is to deploy excess cash through buybacks while maintaining net leverage below 1.0x and liquidity above $500 million, and the market will track quarterly buyback execution, net leverage trajectory, dividend capacity, and acquisition pipeline as real-time indicators.
