Aldabra 4 Liquidity Opportunity Vehicle: A Cayman SPAC Searching for Its Target

Aldabra 4 Liquidity Opportunity Vehicle, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALOV) is a freshly public blank-check company whose only asset is a $302.05 million trust account funded by the January 23, 2026 initial public offering. The first post-IPO quarterly print for the three months ended March 31, 2026 reported $1,242,255 of net income ($0.04 per Class A and Class B basic and diluted share) on $658,460 of general and administrative expenses, with the entire net income coming from $1,900,715 of interest earned on the marketable securities held in the trust account. The filing, signed May 15, 2026 by Chief Executive Officer Neal Yanofsky and Chief Financial Officer Irina O'Berry, confirms a textbook post-IPO balance sheet: $302,050,715 of trust assets, $1,070,844 of operating cash outside the trust, a $1,095,935 working capital surplus, and a $302,050,715 redeemable Class A ordinary share line.

The thesis is the search. Aldabra 4 was formed in the Cayman Islands on July 24, 2025 for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses, and management has disclosed a target enterprise value range of $500 million to $2 billion with no industry or geographic restriction. As of the report date, no target has been identified, no substantive discussions are underway, and the units, Class A ordinary shares, and warrants trade in a narrow band around the trust floor: ALOV at $10.00, ALOVU units at $10.06, ALOVW warrants at $0.4158. The 52-week high and low of $10.00 and $9.82 define a trust band that the market is using to price the probability of a successful close.

The load-bearing risk is the 12-month combination window that began running on January 23, 2026 and expires January 23, 2027, extendable at the sponsor's option for up to two additional three-month periods (to July 23, 2027) with a per-extension deposit into the trust. If the sponsor does not deliver an acceptable target and close within that window, the company redeems public shares at approximately $10.06 per share and dissolves. The falsifiable clock is the next deal-related current report: the 52-week high at $10.00 has not yet been broken, the warrant at $0.42 implies a market-pricing of a sub-15% probability of the stock clearing the $11.50 strike within the five-year warrant window, and the first deal-related disclosure is the load-bearing data point that moves the equity off the trust band.
